Was Ervin Pall at Ho Chunk Grill a mag?
This is the best buffet in the area, with lovely decor. The location upstairs is much more convenient, allowing you to avoid trekking through the entire casino, which is great if you're not a gambler. Additionally, the upper level offers more privacy with its cozy seating areas. The kids really enjoyed riding the escalator through the lobby and seeing the waterfalls. View all feedback.
What Lacy Clay dislikes about Ho Chunk Grill:
Used to go for Christmas dinner every year for many years when it was still upstairs. Have not been in 6 years. Went this year and it was a total disappointment. When they were still upstairs it was wall to wall with food and deserts. There was half of each with the price twice as much. You also now have to walk right through the casino, not around which isn’t the best if you have kids. View all feedback.

The food quality could use some improvement. The chicken and rice soup was bland and would benefit from some herbs and seasoning overall. The burger was mushy, suggesting it may have been frozen before being cooked on the griddle, although it was seasoned reasonably well.
The cost was $33 per person. The staff at the front register were unfriendly and quite unpleasant. The food selection was average; we've experienced better at Pizza Ranch! Unfortunately, the food was not prepared well. The green bean casserole was laughable, and both the fried and barbecued chicken were as dry as the desert. The corn, while swimming in butter, lacked any real flavor. Even the salad was a letdown, consisting mostly of thick center pieces like cabbage. Save your money and time; I would advise against dining here. The only staff members who were friendly were the nice lady at the dessert bar and the older gentleman who was doing various jobs around the place. Overall, it was a terrible experience!
Well I bought some food that was out dated stale and they had the nerve to get attitude with me after spending 40.00 dollars didn't want to refund me my money I want to speak with a supervisor and they couldn't seem to find one.
