It's not often you get a perfect meal. Great food with a great view, and this time of year it's not too busy during prime time. Our waitress was very welcoming and had great knowledge of the menu, as such we decided to let her guide us. Appetiser: We shared a Baked Eggplant in sweet chilli with a lime infused mascapone and bread. Wow! Just wow! It's a must try. Main: Octupus with a paprika sauce and wedges with black olives.(Pictured) I thoroughly enjoyed this. Mushroom Risotto, the choice of my girlfriend and she also spoke highly of her meal. Drink: Our bottle of wine, a local Merlot, Rose. Again this was a great recommendation from our waitress and complimented our meals very well. Yum!

Wonderful, friendly and well maintained staff and beautiful, fresh fish. we ate 3 times in cafe del mare, once served by beautiful suzanna, twice from her beaut... read more Wonderful, friendly and well maintained staff and beautiful, fresh fish. we ate 3 times in cafe del mare, once served by beautiful suzanna, twice from her beautiful colleague, alexander. both were really professional and made sure we had a nice evening. the restaurant is located directly on the sea, there are candles and the whole atmosphere is simply great. on our first night in kotor we were not really hungry, so we went for salat and muddle that were a burst of taste. the next night we had a bigger grilled fish together and that was just beautiful and very well made. the fish meat was juicy and Alexander prepared it perfectly for us. Also the sous vide octopus is a must try it was just fantastic. thanks for the experience!
