Mcdonald's Family Restaurants - Banyule

This restaurant provided the worst service I have ever experienced. We only received half of our order and the staff member was rude and clearly overwhelmed. It seems they were understaffed, leading to numerous mistakes. Additionally, they continuously allowed the phone to ring without answering, showing a lack of professionalism and customer service. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and I recommend improving the customer service at the Eltham location.

We came to this restaurant for a late night snack and coffee. The service was average and so was the coffee and McFlurry. Unfortunately, the toilets were in a disgusting condition with human feces all over the toilet and not cleaned even after the staff were made aware of it.

This is the time I have received the WRONG order from this mcdonald, they have a job, it should not be that hard this is the most disgusting business I have ever visited.

I went to this McDonald's and was disappointed. Everything I ate was cold. The Quarter Pounder I ordered was not made to my specifications - I asked for no pickles and extra sauce, but there were pickles, hardly any sauce, and the burger was not fresh. The nuggets were also cold and overcooked. Overall, it was a disappointing dining experience.

Maccas isn't the nicest food around but it's usually quick and easy. this place is one of the better franchises around. good fresh fries and friendy quick service
