Was Anonym at KFC a mag?
I stop in once or twice a week for Kfc most of the time they are fresh and tastie.Most times it's the chips that can be cold if you are getting them when they have sat in the tray for too long. Pricing is ok but over the last year or so packaging has shrunk but pricing the same. View all feedback.
What Anonym dislikes about KFC:
Although there were only two people ahead of me the unsupervised trainee girl was very slow.She oversalted the chips, did not know if KFC accepted American Express cards (it doesn't) and didn't know about the menu item I was ordering.Chicken was slightly overcooked, but meal was still good value.Food court was clean. If I could give ZERO, I would!! Rude staff waited 1 hour and half for food. I put it on the staff's attention that I waited so long. The care factor was ZERO. NOTE
It could not believe so unprofessional! One of the team members sniffed on the food, she had brown hair and was very arrogant when I took my order. The employees were all on their phones, swear and do not practice proper hygiene. I won't come back and you won't!
The whole chicken was terrible, must have been pumped with air because it was so inflated. The chips were soggy and cold. Even my 8-year-old child refused to eat it and chose to have a banana instead. That says a lot.
I went to KFC with my mom to get my brother's birthday dinner. We didn't order much, but after waiting for ten minutes, we still hadn't received our food. Customers from the drive-through even had to come inside and wait. After half an hour of waiting for our fast food, my mom went to complain. The staff said they hadn't even cooked it yet, but promised it would be ready in 5 minutes. However, after waiting for 20 more minutes, we still didn't have our KFC. It had been 50 minutes in total, so my mom decided to ask for a refund. We then went to McDonald's where we only had to wait for 3 minutes before our food was ready.
The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. We were told at 6:15 PM that we would have to wait 15 minutes for chicken, so we agreed to wait. However, during the entire waiting period, an employee stood at the front counter on their phone. Our order was finally ready at 6:34 PM, but only the chicken was hot while the chips were cold because they had been packed at the time of order. There were also many employees standing around, and the seating area was dirty. We will never return to this restaurant.
