We ordered the budget meal deal which included 8 regular pieces of KFC chicken and 6 nuggets. Unfortunately, all 8 pieces of chicken we received were from the backbone, not the more desirable thigh or breast pieces. The chips were also overly salted, as it seemed like the person adding the salt was being very generous. By the time we got home, just a 5-minute drive away, the chips were soggy and unappetizing. This experience has turned us off from KFC and we will not be returning.
We had never dined at this restaurant before, but on our way home from a sports event with the kids, we decided to stop at KFC. It was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning. The food orders were consistently incorrect, the fries were soggy, and the staff were uninterested and rude. It is best to avoid this location.
This KFC is pretty standard, with service being generally okay. It's similar to other KFC locations I've been to. I haven't had any issues with the service or food here. It's a comfortable spot for a quick snack.
I haven't been here since I saw a big cockroache crawling out of the plastic removal bag in which they put my job in. that was not sure, as I was driving at that time and the movement on the seat next to me caused me to jump, brake and float. When I wanted to complain, they assured me that they had roach baits everywhere, then asked me to return the cockroaches! insecticide.
