Mcdonald's - Bannockburn

Ate breakfast here this morning. Walked in, employee welcomed us, ordered food at kiosk, flower vase on every table, food delivered hot to our table with a thank you, super clean store, group of seniors eating breakfast talking with an employee asking how she was doing today. Regulars I assume. It was like we were in a brand new Chick-fil-a . The nicest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen. Good job

Went through the drive-through at 12:15pm... the chicken nuggets were cold and hard... I'm not sure how that can even happen during a lunch rush, but here we are... last time I was here, the nuggets were warm and hard, so I guess they took a step

Food is good, service is quick, the new drink machine they have in the lobby has been watered down in any drink you chose for my past three visits.

Everyone is very nice when I go there late P.M. they make me fresh coffee.
