I have been working as a meat cutter at this restaurant for three months now, and I have to say that the warehouse management is not suited for the job at all. The manager only seems concerned with showing authority and treating employees like pawns rather than humans. I wish they had more shopping baskets. It's nearly impossible to find any at the front of the store or by the checkout lanes and I prefer to use them over a cart.
I came to this store on Sunday, and there were only a few customers. Very difficult to find food because every aisle is placed differently than other stores. Like the chips were at the end next to the ice cream.The cashier was an old male, very slow. I asked the manager if she could open the self check out. Instead of pointing to the open ones (I did not see before), she said she could not open them, and I needed to deal with the slow cashier. He was doing the “best he could,” she added.I decided to leave without my groceries—very rude female manager, slim white and with no clue of good customer service. I will never come back to this store.
They have a wine bar that has live music on Fridays for happy hour!I highly recommed it!
Love the customer service... clean... fast and friendly... love the new pizza bar they have!
Great selection of items. Make sure you check dates before purchasing as sometimes they have expired items on the shelf
