It doesn’t even deserve the one star, but I had to select it to submit my review.

Today is Sunday, October 16th. I tried to visit yesterday, but they closed at 7:00 p.m. and I arrived too late. The website states they're open until 11:00 p.m.... read more Today is Sunday, October 16th. I tried to visit yesterday, but they closed at 7:00 p.m. and I arrived too late. The website states they're open until 11:00 p.m., so I came back today at 1:45 p.m., only to find out they wouldn't open until 3:00 p.m. I returned at 2:55 p.m. and was told not to park in the Drive-Thru since they weren't open yet. I waited anyway, thinking it was only five minutes, yet I ended up sitting in the parking lot for 15 minutes waiting for my chicken. This is incredibly frustrating. I don't understand why they have such limited hours today, especially when the website says they close at 7:00 p.m. Opening for only four hours seems unreasonable. Something needs to be addressed about this situation. Thank you, and have a great day.

I ordered two of the new mac bowls, a large mashed potatoes with gravy, and a large drink. Unfortunately, I didn’t check my order before leaving, and when I got home, the drink wasn’t large, and the mashed potatoes were missing. This isn’t the first time I’ve had problems at this location. The food is always good when you do get it, but they seriously need to improve their organization, especially since they seemed understaffed. Come on, guys!

I've never encountered a fast-food sandwich that smelled this bad before. The employees seemed careless, and it almost felt like they were trying to poison customers. I never complained or acted rude, yet this happened to me. Be warned when ordering from KFC's menu.
