Duramaya is truly a hidden gem in Banning. From the very first bite, it's clear that the fish is incredibly fresh and of exceptional quality. Each dish highlights the delicate and complex flavors that are characteristic of high-end seafood. And when you consider the prices? It almost seems too good to be true. The value for money is simply unmatched. If you find yourself in the area, be sure not to overlook this culinary treasure. Duramaya has certainly raised the bar for dining in the region. Highly recommended!

The fire fire roll, which is typically our favorite, was unbelievably spicy this time, overshadowing all the other flavors in the roll. I'm starting to wonder if there's a new chef, as this was an experience we've never encountered before. It's disheartening to think we might not come back, especially since it feels like a waste of money if we can't enjoy the food. So many fantastic restaurants seem to be losing their edge lately, and it's genuinely disappointing.

The food was absolutely wonderful! The quality was outstanding. We tried the original beef ramen and the BBQ pork ramen, and the meat was incredibly tender with amazing flavors all around. We also ordered a combo that included California rolls, which were delicious! We will definitely be back.
