Red Lobster is my most favorite restaurant. And I’ve been hearing some negative comments about them so I took a trip to Bay City Michigan and decided to have a meal. It was perfection. The crab legs were crispy enough to crack with my hands. The lobster tail was very tender, still they are number one on my list. And the waitress, Emma, was as sweet as can be I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. As usual. And I am extremely picky about my food. Thank you so much Red Lobster. I am a true fan.
Restaurant service was well below average. Ordered takeout, mushroom cap appetizer were very small, overdone and extremely fishy.

Meh... Food had been sitting under the warmer for a while, plates hot as heck food was luke warm. Which makes sense with the speed of service. Drinks arrived with 1/3 of the ice melted and we got biscuits shortly before food. This is a wonderful example of food and service you would expect at fast food when backed up. Unfortunately Red Lobster does not stamd the test of time, this was not a $200 for 4 adults dining experience.
Can't accurately rate for this visit because after waiting thirty minutes to be seated, which is fine I understand it's Valentine's Day. We placed our orders and after waiting over an hour we got up and left. Prior to this we overheard our server state that in seven years she had never seen tickets so backed up in the kitchen. Went to another local establishment, and after less time had hot meals in front of us. We frequent this Red Lobster all the time, especially since you can get endless shrimp at any time, but this experience has tarnished our desire to want to go back. ?
