Ponderosa - Bangor Township

5-15-24 around 3:30. Freezing with the air conditioner blasting. Food was cold . Jumbo shrimp were not fried long enough. Was keeping my fingers crossed I didn't get sick . Disappointing experience .

Great dining experience. The service was friendly and our server was constantly refilling beverages and removing dirty dishes. The salad bar was full and items were fresh and flavorful. The hot bar offered a good selection of fresh food. The dessert bar had awesome chocolate cake and coconut creme pie. We had a great time.

Lots on buffet to enjoy steak was good too very reasonable prices

So I gave them 3*s because the ol9NE thing I like to go for is NEVER available and the excuses are....we RAN OUT....we CHANGED the menu.... which is it. I will gladly chang my review rating once I get a straight answer. The strangely small fried wings are smaller than my pinky lil the are cute but tasty. The salad bar is also hit and miss. Sometimes they have black olive sometimes green some times none at all. No fresh peas etc but great salad choices still. All in all I 'm happy to go in fact going tonight hope they found the disappearing greens or changed them back as cabbage is not a great substitute for greens!! ?

Maybe try the steaks? The buffet was clean and well lit. The hot bar food was fresh, salty, and warm if not exemplary.
