Pies To Die For Cafe - Bangor

Absolutely fantastic breakfast at this point, as well as the larger location a few exits on the highway (I visited both). This location has a somewhat less extensive menu, but the food and service are top notch. The staff was very friendly and was on every need of our 9 person party, including the children and a child. I would recommend this place especially on Sunday as the larger location packed and waiting times to reflect it. Our 9-person party took only 15 minutes to sit, give or take. A nice little gift shop and interesting stuff decorate the place, including vintage cars, snowmobiles, canoes and chain saws, which are on credit from residents. Very much worth a visit, as I was told that this is a world-famous truck stop serving world-famous breakfast. The sausages Biscuits and the cinnamon bunk are definitely worth an order, it is very obvious that they are proud of the food they serve! It's just too bad that there are no more spots like this where I live! If you skip that, you'll miss it!

Good drinks..kind of expensive though. Their food actually has gotten a lot better than what it used to be. We gave up on it for awhile but now keep coming back.

Try the black bear steak and cheese. The best I have ever found. Also the breakfast pizza is pretty good.

Great atmosphere! Friendly and friendly staff. Must have freshly baked Maine Blueberry Muffin. To die. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Must visit and dine place to go!!
