Every employee I've encountered here has been quick and pleasant. The service is excellent, even with a steady flow of customers. However, the main issue is the long line: during the morning and afternoon, the wait often causes drive-through traffic to back up into the road from both directions, particularly near some busy intersections. I usually don't have issues with this restaurant, but my experience has been disappointing over the past two weeks. I've had trouble getting my Duncan points when they scan my QR code, so I started using mobile ordering to earn my points instead. Terrible accuracy and customer service since the remodel. Waited 25 minutes for a donut and two iced coffees today.
Took longer to get a cup of hot coffee than it did to get a specialty drink.
Fast food is fast.The staff are nice, and they make the coffees just right.I got a custom item and they very kindly acquiesced.
Must have arrived at the wrong time; got in line for the drive through at 10:15 only to not move after 30 minutes, called the store and they said the first one in line had a ice food order. Went inside to order, after ordering waited another 20 minutesto get two drinks, an iced tea and a medium coffee and two donut holes. They must be short staffed but should be cozignant ofthis when coming to this Dunkin.
We are currently out of this and the espresso machine is back down.
