A few weeks ago, while I was waiting for a ride, I decided to grab a coffee after a tough night. Unfortunately, the lobby was locked, and I felt completely ignored while I stood in the drive-thru (although I was on foot). I'm not sure if it's company policy not to serve customers who aren't in cars, but I would have appreciated at least an explanation.

This is the most challenging Dunkin' location to work at. If you're not a woman, you may find yourself mistreated, and your efforts often go unrecognized—it's as if you're not seen as part of their "family." Communication among staff is lacking, and there are too many managers and not enough employees.

The staff at this restaurant is amazing, and the customer service is exceptional! I mistakenly ordered regular coffee instead of decaf, but they promptly made me a new one without any hesitation. It was such a lovely experience! The friendly atmosphere and laughter I encountered first thing in the morning truly brightened my day. Thank you very much!

Mobile orders are consistently delayed, without fail. I've been ordering this way for over a year, and it's only gotten worse. I place my order for a single coffee before leaving home, yet I always end up waiting—every single time—even when the store isn't busy. It's clear the staff ignores the tickets right in front of them. This is really frustrating since I use online ordering to treat myself to an iced beverage through the DD Perks Rewards. I wish there was another location nearby, but this is the only one on my commute to work. My advice: place your order 15-20 minutes ahead, or even earlier if you're ordering food.

This Dunkin' location is always bustling, and the staff are incredibly friendly and do an excellent job. I'm thankful to have this as our go-to Dunkin'. Keep up the great work, team!
