Dunkin' - Bangor

Main st Dunkin in a nut shell. Not sure why I ever go to this one.

Mobile articles are ignored as long as possible, 100% of the time. I have given it a year plus and it seems only worse. I put my order on a single coffee before I leave home and I will wait. every. single. time. even if there is no one. they can literally observe how they ignore their ticket in the load. it is extremely frustrating because I order online so that I can treat myself once in a past with an icy drink with the dd perks rewards. I wish there was another place I could go to, but unfortunately this is the only one on my way to work. I would recommend their order 15 20 min before they need their coffee longer when they get to eat.

Stopped to buy donuts and use the restroom. homeless outside. we would only use restroom after the payment and need one bed to get our order. finally got a worker to open the bathroom and she opened the door to someone else in the middle of the walk. we finally went with our so-donuts! no break! Child-friendly: two years old needed to say the bathroom unnecessary, too long a wait!

I come to this Dunkin almost everyday since it's close to my work. I order butter pecan latte iced and its different every time. One day it has mocha, next it's sprinkles and caramel, when I ask for it to be caramel and cinnamon without sprinkles they seem annoyed and say that's how it's supposed to be. They should have the workers make the drinks the same.
