taste them great and they go fast. also with a large line waiting (on the outside door) they are quite fast to make their food. the prices are quite high for what they get. I only bought 2 steak burritos with just one extra cost to hit everyone and I fell $30 View all feedback.

This store actually deserves ZERO stars. They NEVER have fajita veggies. We've ordered from them 3 times and they're out of veggies. How does one run out of veggies after only being open an hour?? I'm confused. I've complained to customer service. They give me a BOGO coupon that's only good for a month. How do you use a coupon when they're never open?? I guess they're closing two hours a day without announcing? the food was cold and they were from many ingredients. also the restaurant was dirty. never back?
I'm sure it's not the fault of the individual store, but the service has gone massively downhill in the past few months. They run out of ingredients by the end of the day, they aren't open on weekends, and the service is slow as all get out. To be clear, I'm not pinning this on the employees. I'm sure they're getting paid peanuts by whoever's in charge and I feel for them. The least management could do is pay them more and hire more staff so they can be open on weekends. They already charge an arm and a leg for their food, might as well pass that along to the people who prop up your business
I second with the other reviews, they take care of the online order vs customers are right in front of them. I went on a Friday night at 17 o'clock and they said they had only enough chips for online orders because they prepaid. it was the best time to eat. that is unacceptable, and they should be a lot on the weekend. they had no vinaiigrette either, because we only do it in the morning, so all those who want an salate will not be dressed. But I let it go and tried again at midday on Sunday, just as they began to think they were fully prepared. this time the guests were turned around because they didn't have enough staff and the morning workers never showed up. they said they need to place an online order to serve and the line was closed? they have not set a sign to inform customers so that each individual person who came without an online order has been turned away or was screamed out of the kitchen. the employees sounded very stressed, and I need to ask where is the management team in all this? such a poor chipotle! oh, and the bathroom (at the beginning time to lunch, where it should be freshly cleaned) was absolutely disgusting. nothing was clear in the night before or in the morning. No toilet paper. zero beep. paper towels everywhere on the floor. the administration and the owner of this particular chipotle should be embarrassed by how this device is operated. Too bad for you.
The place has been out of tears and buoys for two days. closed at random days. this place must already close completely. replace it with a better restaurant. or maybe a new management that can handle problems. if they see how busy this place is too time, they would think they could order more products to cope with demand. but they only seem to be driving on mediocrity, maybe even if the people always show up correctly?
Every single time I order my order is wrong. Today I paid $30 for chicken in a bowl. They didn’t even give me the rice for the burrito bowl…. I want my money back. Do not spend your money here.
