the personal does not speak English (google translate is here to help) but is really friendly. they can choose between rice noodles or chalk and add the curry they want (sour, bambus shoot, pumpkin curry and chili paste on this day) and top it with gurke, soy sprouts and other greens. the vegetarian fried pork (from “Fried flavored agricultural protein”) is stunning. they offer some fruits as dessert. the whole meal... The staff at this restaurant may not speak English, but they are very kind and Google Translate is available to help. The menu allows you to choose between rice noodles or grains and add your choice of curry sauces such as sour, bamboo shoots, pumpkin, and chili paste. The dish is then topped with cucumbers, soybean sprouts, and other greens. The vegetarian fried pork, made from "Fried flavored agricultural protein," is delicious. They also offer fruits for dessert. The entire meal costs only 30 baht, making it a great value. The shop also sells snacks and coconut milk. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit! During my 24-hour layover in Bangkok, I stayed at Bandai hostel and discovered a small vegetarian restaurant next door. Despite its affordable prices (30 baht for rice and 2 curries), the food was delicious and just the right amount of spice (I tried the pumpkin curry and cabbage with mushrooms). It was the perfect meal to satisfy my hunger after a long journey.

This place is right near poshtel and backpacker planet, if you're using the DMK airport you might be around here. There's a market just across the laneway that goes to the main Street. This type of place is often my favorite when traveling, cheap and delicious, though after the third meal in a row there i was ready for a change. Mock meats, curries, rice and noodles. I went at 9am and 3pm, better selection in the morning. The map marker is wrong today, it's next door to: Backpack Planet 371/39 Saranakhom 2 Alley, Khwaeng Si Kan, Khet Don Mueang, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon 10210, Thailand [hidden link] Updated from previous review on 2019-06-11
