A great compound for lovers of beautiful markets and fresh food and producers, Bon Marche Market, where Salada Organic Kitchen is located, is a great visit on your own. The lake is just behind the Market with a seating area around which Salada sits. The airy restaurants are carried over to organically grown ingredients sourced from Green Smile Organic. The menu features Thai specialties, several of which are vegan. The well spoken gorgeous owner holds veganism very well and resigned me to salad mince ruam (mixed salad), vegetable fried rice (khao pak), musk room loaf cake and nam prik hed (mushroom chili topping), all washed down with an Indian gooseberry juice.
