Nice location and friendly staff. We had the crab cannelloni, and found the crab itself to be delicious, and the pasta well done. The sauce was just OK, though, and made the dish less than it should have been for the price. We also had the prawn soup, and it was disappointing even though the prawn itself was fresh and tasty. I ordered the cereal salad through Line man. It was very fresh and definitely worth the price. I didn't taste the salad dressing because I was unsure if it was vegan-friendly or not.
This restaurant is easily found in multiple locations in Bangkok. Their Thai dishes are delicious, with intense flavors. The prices are reasonable, which is why I have visited multiple branches many times.
The atmosphere is uh bleak.. seems like an unfinished room. The music was a bit too loud. The food was so so. The price is normal here, but I'd rather spend that on other nicer places.
2.5 stars for food and 3 stars for service. A Thai fusion chain, good selection of dishes. But quality is a let down, especially on beef noodles. Ingredients need improvement. Greyhound franchise in Hong Kong is definitely better than BKK Operator in terms of food quality and display.
