Always have the best of time experience at barbeque nation. Love the starters dessrts specially. This time was mango special menu sumner drinks totally enjoyed them the staff chefs were so polite to personally come check for grill refils spice levels , and sometimes unasked they refilled noticing our grills empty. Very slow service. Poor customer handling. Buffet counters were empty even before 3pm. They tried to bill us for extra people. When we pointed out extra bill, instead of reducing the the extra bill they offered us beer bottles to take home. We refused and informed that we are teetotallers. He got irritated when we refused to take the beer bottles. Finally returned the extra amount. View all feedback.

Went after a long time for lunch with family. 1st impression that we get from the ambience itself was not so ok. Place was not so clean, live counters were messy and staffs were ok with that arrangement. Still expected to get good food but I was really surprised with the food quality..... far below expectations. After rounds of fish served some chicken item was served, all in just ok taste. Main course food was also not so great to satisfy the soul. Deserts were of very low quality and limited choice. Overall it was pretty ordinary experience and not worth for the per plate cost paid in restaurant. Restaurant needs to work alot to improve the services, food and overall dine in experience.
