There is only one Tim Hortons in and around the city of Banff. So, I would highly recommend people to order ahead on their mobile app and pick it up later which saves plenty of time. We went there several times irrespective of what time it was. It was very busy in the mornings and slightly free in the evenings. I really loved their pastries, and their coffee. I got no problems. They were fast. I was in may there. I think in the Summer there are a lot of people. Ordering on the machine was without Problems. Early in the morning its empty. There are a few parking spots in front of the Store. If they are full there is a free spot near the train station about 5 minutes to walk away.
You can tell there a team here they work together to keep the lines moving at a pace were all comfortable with plus the coffee was fresh honestly better then I've had from here in a while. If it's that good coffee your looking for stop in
