Contribute Feedback What Alan Martin likes about Seed N Salt Banff:
Had the coconut curry and it was delicious, all the flavour was there and the pickled hot peppers really leveled up the dish. My gripe is with the rice which was sadly undercooked, chalky and hard.. maybe take a bite if you're my dude plating things in the back! Will be back for another go View all feedback.
What Jordyn Addison doesn't like about Seed N Salt Banff:
overpriced, the brownies they sell are from a box, and the owners only purchase small and medium staff shirts because any larger isn 't really on brand for them. great staff and management, nasty owners, i 'd think twice before supporting View all feedback.
Fresh, tasty and healthy! The bowls would be perfect also for those who are not into vegan and healthy food. It seems like the kinda plates you would be able to cook at home but not really, there’s just something about it, and the sauce is incredible! I recommend the miso ginger one. The smoothies and the deserts are also to die for thanks to the staff for always being in such a great mood
My fiancé and I just discovered this place today when we were looking for healthy breakfast. Both of our meals were so delicious we decided to go back for lunch, which was just as good!! Will be back for sure:
Had the Cobb salad, and Currie bowl takeout.Excellent!
Mediterranean bowl is the one you must to try!All healthy and natural ingredients match just perfectly with the dressing. Love it so much!
Food was average and price did not reflect portion. Parm bowl had delicious tomatoes but grains were hard and not tasty. Harvest bowl also very okay.
