Tastes like Dairy Queen ice cream ! The service was good and the place looked clean. It was hot out the ice cream was cold not much more you can say. It's not Rita's but it's good enough. If you want really good creamy ice cream go to Petey's Eatey's and wait in line. View all feedback.

Just ordered a blizzard and ice cream cone. The ice cream had no flavour, very watery. Not how DQ is supposed to taste. Something is wrong with their ice cream, as in they are skimping out on their ingredients. Any DQ in Calgary doesn't taste like this DQ. What a horrible experience. They did not plan properly and were running out of ice cream and have no concept of Customer Service and made it seem like it is our fault.We will NEVER go to this Dairy Queen again
Unbelievable person at this place,this Chinese lady was so rude when I ask her why my sandwich is cold and she said I can microwave I was like whattt no I don’t want, give my money back, she said I can’t return ur money go call complain head office, you see I’m from Toronto and own 4 food store can’t believe to see ppl talk like this to their customer. Very very bad service Dq must take the action and the reviews of this place is Like ****.no way to come back
Every time I go here, it’s apparent this is by far the worst DQ, at least in Alberta.I tell the old Asian cashier I have a coupon for a Blizzard, and as I start to take it out of my wallet he slaps the counter with impatience. He then tells me sternly I can only use one coupon, when I had no intention of using more than one.I then ask if I can substitute a topping, (every other location does this no question) and he first says he can’t do it, but then proceeds to charge me $2.Leave your DQ indulgence to the big city.
Don 't reccomend this place! Would have given zero stars.. very rude workers.. specifically told the cashier lady I wanted 6 chicken strips and did not mention getting a basket meal, also got a milk shake.. I paid for a $12 basket meal which I had to correct once I seen the receipt wondering why it was so expensive. The lady rudely yelled don 't cook the fries! To the cook And very rudely once again yelled oh my god! Toward me Then said that I told her I wanted a basket meal which I didnt.. So once I started to state what I said in my defense she gives me no choice but to pay for the whole thing.. my son was hungry so I had to go with it.. my bfs milk shake was also very watery.. did not walk away with a good feeling
This is the worst managed DQ in Alberta. The guy up front was grooming himself while taking orders. Just disgusting.
