Good burger and onions rings can do take out or eat in kids allowed until 10pm

Wish I could give a lesser review. My SO and I ordered dinner during our stay at Inns of Banff. Waited half an hour for food to arrive. His, not mine. They said it would be just a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later they said it was almost ready (first update, I had to go to the bar to ask where my food was). We paid the bill and left without seeing my dinner arrive. First time I haven't left a tip in my life.

The fish and chips was so yummy. And the tarter sauce was delish.

I came here tonight dec 15 2018. With my family on our first vacation. I am very disappointed with the service we received and the lack of accommodating they are. The meals we ordered were not fresh my bread was old or very dry and tasted gross. And then they wanted to charge me full price. They didn’t have the stuff to make the drink I wanted and offered another drink after over five mins of waiting when there was only two other tables here it was a very slow night for them. But it was an insight to what this place was about since we were here for the last two nights in the inns of Banff hotel. They proceeded to charge me over double what a regular drink would cost to make up some sort of drink for me and they meals were gross. I will never be returning here agian. Thanks for NOTHING !!!

The mediocre staff was polite. This was the only highlight. There must have been a black hole sucking in all the flavor in the kitchen as I've never experienced a meal so devoid of flavor. This is the only possible scientific reasoning for the impossibly bland food. Not even the weather was good.
