Domino's Pizza - Feedback

What Rizka I doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
I very rarely post a review unless things are very bad. Ordered my pizza around 11.15, almost 2 HOURS later my order has not arrived. Called the call center and they told me to call the outlet’s number directly yet I can’t seem to reach them. What Andi S likes about Domino's Pizza:
Provides dine ins, but still uses its cardboard box for serving and a tray. The place only has toilets and no praying area, which to be fair is quite a small space. They also have (what i presume to be) a smoking area and non smoking, both in thw second floor. Parking is shared with a few other stores, but it's enough, and can park cars and motorcycles.
