Located on the roof (5th floor) of G.H. Universal Hotel Bandung, Belle Vue 24 Hours Rooftop French Italian Bistro is one of my favorite restaurants in Bandung for it has good food, relaxing atmosphere and stunning views especially during sunset. I'm here several times with my family or with my best friends. I spent on 12. December a very nice dinner with my parents. And as on the 13th, I spent all day with my laptop with the quick access to free WIFI hahahahaha. The food concept is French and Italian cuisine. Therefore, you will find French and Italian terms in the menu. However, it has English description. Do not hesitate to ask waiters about the menu. My recommendation: Poulet Au Romain (Rosmarin, Lemon garlic roasted chicken with baked potato) – IDR 70,000 (all prices are subject to 21% government tax and service fee). Grilled salmon with Vin Blanc sauce (a lemon sauce served with cream-wine butter sauce) IDR 137,000. Grilled fillet Mignon Local (drilled tenderloin cut served with gravitation sauce and potato wedge) – IDR 130.000 (local) IDR 185,000 (Import) Both grilled salmon with Vin Blanc sauce and grilled fillet Mignon are really rich and are recommended for cooking. You should try. My fillet Mignon was medium. It was so tender and juicy. For religious reasons, you can use the white wine on butter sauce of Grilled Salmon and the wine on the Gravy sauce of Grilled Fillet Mignon as well as we. Hey, they still taste really good without “wine”. I also tried special menu of the month, Spicy Tuna Grill Pasta (fettucini with 100 grams of grilled tuna) – IDR 125,000. It was spicy and really delish. For dessert, try his blueberry Straddle. Yummy! For the drink I like Mango Slushy (IDR 45,000 and cooking recommendation). It's so fresh. Belle Vue opens 24 hours.
