Padrigeens is one of a few restaurants in Bandon available right now and have always been prompt and available even in these times . They try hard to keep the same products and fresh ingredients. It's a small sit in area bit currently closed View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Padraigin's Pizza:
Pizza was ok at best, nothing very exciting about both the presentation or the flavours. Restaurant very tired looking needs to be updated and to have some money spent on it. View all feedback.
Nice food, especially pizzas. Would recommend, it's just a good value that I would look for is a children's size pizza
I've been in Cork for a few weeks every summer for the last 10 years at least and a pizza from Padraigin's has become an annual event. (At least one pizza every summer although often more than that! They offer a wide variety of toppings for your pizza along with a variety of other mains. (I always have the pizza! I don't think there's anywhere else that compares! A must visit if you're in the area!
We went to this restraint as others in the town were very busy, on entering it was empty a bad start you might say, my wife and I ordered a steak sandwich that was €14, when it came about 20 mins later, (still no other customers)! It was a baguette chopped in half, I was confused as I had ordered a full portion, it was accompanied by a miserable amount of chips and tint salad basically lettuce with a dressing. The two miserable baguettes an kids sausage and and chip a chicken baguette d 3 cans of coke was €51.70!!!!!! We had to ask for a receipt and couldn't Believe the price, this place is about to close I would say, it's a pity as it once was a Thriving restraunt,
Ate here and loved it, staff are friendly and family friendly. I will defiantly return and highly recommend.
I have two favourites dishes here. The pizza which is lovely and unique. The base is different to anything I have tasted, it just works! The topping are always generous and the prices are decent for the food you get. My second favorite is the chicken and mushroom and white wine pie. Delicious. Either of these two mains accompanied with a side of their wedges which are oddly circular shaped and the garlic mayo and you are all set!! Has to be the most consistent restaurant in Bandon for top quality fare. While I don't live locally anymore, whenever I down visiting family I try to squeeze in a trip or takeaway from this place! Some reviewers are correct, the wait times for delivery can be long at peak times and sometimes i have had meals delivered that have been only Luke warm but one tip is just either collect or have the oven heating just in case you ordering delivery on Fridays and Saturdays from 7-9 because the quality is still there, trust me!!
