What Annette doesn't like about La Marine:
Disappointed with our dishes... Lobster Caesar salad not good: too many anchovies, very little lobster, large hard salad leaves placed there without preparation, an ordinary sauce, practically no parmesan... Dry and little octopus abundant... Unacceptable given the prices (around 29 euros per dish) Too bad because the atmosphere is magnificent and the service very pleasant... View all feedback.
With a nice view on the harbor, the menu is very refine and tastefully. I had the grilled mussels and the risotto. The owner Sandrine greated us and we had an aperol spritz.
We went here on recommendation from friends and throughly enjoyed our meal. Some of the food in Bandol is questionable so it was a welcome change to have lovely service and tasty food. of a surprise was ordering a bouillabaisse on the day, without...giving 24 hours notice and it was fabulous. Fish fresh and delicious , and duck tasty . Recommended definitely .
