This is not the ordinary Chinese restaurant. If you know Chinese cuisine well, it relies heavily on both light and thick soy sauces in most of their dishes. Otherwise, it's the preserved vege/meat that makes most Chinese so proud of their food. However, they are all unhealthy. Also, unfortunately waiters can be really rude in most Chinese restaurants.
