Have a good stop if you are someone who wants to try nonya cows or a tourist who wants to try something local. They have a variety of chicks and other local snacks that is good for breakfast, lunch or high tea. Price based on the local is the average high side, but the quality is not bad. You have many outlets in other KL major shopping malls. View all feedback.
What John Hiew doesn't like about Nyonya Colors (nu Sentral):
A homegrown chain of coffee shops offering local quick-bites and snacks. I tried their mee siam with chicken rendang plus a side order of cucur udang (prawn fritters). The mee siam tasted alright but slightly too dry. The chicken rendang gravy was nice but the meat (chicken breast) was really dry. The cucur udang was reheated in the microwave oven and served warm so they were tastier than being served at room tempera... View all feedback.

Beautiful and delicious food. A bit pricy but expected given the shopping mall settings. The nyonya kuihs are usually pretty good too but I did not try during this visit.

The mee siam tasted alright but slightly too dry. The chicken rendang gravy was nice but the meat (chicken breast) was really dry. The cucur udang was reheated in the microwave oven and served warm so they were tastier than being served at room temperature. The deep-fried fritters had a good crisp and was flavourful. However I had a hard time finding/tasting any prawn in the fritters.
Dined on Curry noodle, red bean rice, white rice bream with salted egg, kueh ketayap and roasted bread. Mineral water, jasmine tea and Nescafé tarik. Not many customers as it was weekday and 12:00.
Great place to hang with friends while your minum petang teh tarik session with a variety of delicious traditional kuihs. Staff are also friendly. Good job, Nyonya!
