Mamma Mia Pizzeria - Banchory

We had a large party of 11, booked in advance. We were all accommodated well, just one tiny mistake on one pizza, but rectified without hesitation. Would recommend to anyone. There were seven staff members on duty, but it seemed like one person was trying to handle everything instead of letting the others manage their own tasks. I also witnessed a confrontation between a customer, who had been waiting a long time for their takeout order, and this staff member. Rather than apologizing for the delay, the staff member was somewhat confrontational. While the food was tasty and the waitstaff were pleasant, the overall waiting time was simply too long.
