There was an unusual situation tonight where the menu system broke down it ultimately meant the food was 20 to 30 minutes late manager very apologetic and they got through the backlog. Staff on the counter all lovely. Most customers were understanding but there were a couple of mumpers. Such is life but the food is always spot on!
