The atmosphere was fantastic—welcoming, with a reasonable entry fee, and everyone seemed to have a great time. The outdoor seating area is another highlight, featuring a heated patio with modern tables and chairs, as well as a play area for children. On the positive side, the pub is spacious and rarely overcrowded, which makes it easy to get a drink at the bar. However, its location can be a downside, as it sits on a busy main road leading out of Banbury towards Chipping Norton, which can contribute to some noise. On the bright side, the value is excellent here, even better than what you’d find at other local places. Overall, The Easington offers great value with its affordable food and drinks, though it could use a touch more atmosphere. Nonetheless, I would still recommend it as a reliable option just outside Banbury.
