My wife and I live in Washington, DC and have tried all of the top rated Indian restaurants in the area. Sam’s is better than all of them. All dishes are made fresh, so takes a bit of time, totally worth it. Very friendly and helpful staff that truly cares about its product. Awesome relaxed hole-in-the-wall ambience. What a surprise! Great tasty food served at street food price. It’s the only decent restaurant opposite Crowne Plaza. It serves Full on dishes like while fish n large prawns. But modest vegetables and chicken cashew nuts was done to perfection! Definitely will be back! don’t have much choice around the hotel if I want to eat alittle cheaper. I would say 4 star for food. Delicious! The male administrator is polite! I’ve been to many Michelin establishments and so on, it’s very tasty, don’t forget to go to the so-called “eateries”, it’s often very tasty here
