Kan Eang At Pier - Ban Talat Yai

We visit this restaurant many times, especially when we have guests visiting. Still good and clean place. Many staffs and good service. watermelon juice is so disappointed. Even my niece told me the Joyce is fulled of ice, not much juice . Sad for this price Fish carpaccio not thump up. Too much oil in the dish. Squid lemon sauce. The squid and egg is fresh. The soup is alright but more chili would make the taste better. Fried fish is good and firmed. The chili paste on top is delicious, spicy and sweet. Perfect combination. Hormok tastes good. Mild and balance. But the size is so sad. I finished in 2 bites. Glass noodle pot a bit sweet but the prawn is fresh. overall, I used to like Kaneng a lot but now I have doubt. Food presentations are good but the quantity and taste is not align with the price anymore. It was one of the best in chalong area.

Good food and good vibes, albeit abit pricey for Thailand. The fruit shakes were amazingly good and the glass was huge! Food was also not too spicy and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. There was even a small stage set up for tourists to take photos, which was quite thoughtful! The staff also kindly opened up the very nice air-conditioned area to let my family escape the heat and eat in comfort.

The restaurant has a large outdoor seating overlooking the sea and under the shade of large trees. Despite being crowded, our food was served in a short time. We liked all of it, authentic and delicious. Staff were extremely attentive, no problem at all waving at them to add on drinks and condiments. This will be my go to restaurant next time I'm in Phuket again.

Beautiful restaurant with a great view atmosphere! We really enjoyed our lunch here, delicious food with beautiful presentation. Great service and the prices are reasonable for the experience and quality of food. One star less because we did not enjoy the cocktails so much.

A top-tier dinner experience. Extreme value for money and service delivery by Sakorn and the team was close to flawless. Brough our own bottles of scotch to go with the meal , $350bhat per bottle corkage. Sat for 4 hours and enjoyed ourselves with a series of seafood dishes and pork. Ended the high with fireworks(this was a bonus, someone was playing with fireworks at the pier) and birthday cake with the staff coming out in force singing a d dancing to the song. Total bill was around 5500 Bhat. Highly recommend.
