A very comfortable stay. The facilities are very nice and the customer service is very good. Jasmin was a standout, she looked after us at meal times and would go out of her way to check in on our stay. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk and the main shopping streets are right on the door step. Happy hour is buy one get one free. Cocktails are around 260 baht. I would stay again.

It is a great hotel with great service and stuff. I needed to change my room. Because my bathroom was with a bathtub which I do not like. They changed immediately and moved mr to the another room. I left my wallet and password on the desk before going to island tour. I called the reception to inform them about the situation. They send a responsible person to check and put all my belongings to the safe. When I got back to the hotel. Techician person opened my safe with special machine. Because he did not know the password too. I signed a document that I received everything safely. I wrote this story because hotel stuff deserves great appreciation about how people should feel safe in this hotel ! Thank you much for the beautiful experience.

Stayed for 7 nights and couldn't fault the experience in any way. Great amenities for everyone regardless of age. The staff were wonderful, in particular Jasmine and Watt, who took us on a guided tour of the Banzaan markets and taught us how to prepare and cook some amazing Thai dishes in the kitchen as part of the cooking school experience. Both people went above and beyond and we couldn't have had a better day. Our daughter who is 7 is still talking about her friends in Phuket!

Room was small, old and shows it age. The shower is in the bathtub and when stepping in and out, it is a safety hazard. The room was very dimly lit (with no other lighting options) which made it hard to do things such as pack. The staff at the front watched us carry our own luggage down the steps to our taxi as we were leaving and didn't bother to help.

The hotel is nice and clean in general. Services from staffs are not bad and polite. However they tried to go digital through an app needed to download to our phone for all services communication like ordering food, in room service and chatting for help with the staffs over the app are very much terrible. I’ve ordered both in room Dining and to send me some vanity and also messages to the staffs, none responded nor reply. Lucky I’m clever not to wait for too long for their response and call them straight through the phone, to my horror, they gave the reason of not receiving the notifications from their own app! The in room basic items you would expect from a villa which I booked, are lack of many. Items like soap scrub pad, cotton wool or Bud, comb, bath salts and etc are not provided at all, they do not have it in the hotel too. The shaver provided is lousier than the budget hotel is giving. Overall I still give it a 3 stars rating as the overall environment is still good for me. But the rest like I written above, it’s something I experienced first hand and is an honest review I gave and hope they read and improve on it.
