Good service, good view, good food, good price for the food as well. Friendly and cute pet in the restaurant. However the room isn't satisfying. There's too many insects in our room, flies, mosquito, spider, and alot which I dont even know. The onsen is also disappointing, hot water cut off at 40celcius as described, but I dont think it's 40celcius, and theres alot insects dead body in the onsen, I knew it would happen as its located outside the room, however changing water frequently before guest check in) would helps. It was my first stay and I was very impressed. When booking, we have informed the page that we can arrange an anniversary room for you. The staff arranged the room to be very cute. In the evening, there is a secret surprise that I set a dinner table for you with a cute Soud. Overall, we really like this place. Good atmosphere, quiet, suitable for relaxation. Rooms: Rooms are old en there are beasts who bite and the staff say its normal. Its very over rated. Not worth the money at all. Noteworthy details: We are with family and 3 are bitten. Blood and everything. Staff do nothing to say what it is or what we can do. No other room. Terrible. The breakfast is very bad and not enough personal. We eat almost nothing. There is nothing nearby, so you must eat here. Terrible i wont go here and ever again. Rooms: 1 Service: 3 Location: 2
