Plum Prime Steakhouse - Ban Ratsada

I am very surprised to read some of the bad reviews about this restaurant. my fiancée and I have in plumen the last 2 nights ate and the dinner and the service was amazing. I had the luck to eat in some top restaurants and planting is not disappointed. we eat tonight and will do this for most of the remaining nights in our 16-day stay, as the selection is enormous. yes, it is a bit expensive, but the price corresponds to the quality of food and service. is a 5-star restaurant at a 5-star price. if they go on looking for a cheap burger and chips of course elsewhere, but if they want to eat fine, this is their place.

Absolutely fabulous evening for the four of us eating the devastating menu. service impeccable, beautiful place, beautiful eating. we had cocktails at the sky bar. really perfect evening.

This is a wonderful place with magnificent views and beautiful tables. the staff always cares about them and is super friendly and helpful we came here as vegetarian, and even if it is actually for carnivores, we have taken a mixture of vegetarian foods that they have and had a great and super delicious dinner we will come back, even as a vegetarian great location!

Found a hair on the steak we ordered and we complained about it. The first thing they did, saying it was the hair dropped from my wife and all the kitchen staff were wearing hair wrap. The problem is, my wife is having long hair, the hair we found is a shoulder length. After we insisted it was not my wife hair, the manager checked again only to come back to say it look similar to one of their waitresses. The worse is, the solution he gave is to regrill the same piece of steak instead of replacing with a new one. We wanted to cancel it but he insist we still have to pay for it, as the steak was served So yeah, pretty disgusting for a restaurant that look so fancy but provide worst kind of customer service.
