The owner is originally England, so maybe I am a little biased, but I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and good entertainment I have at most visits and he lets you make your own music on the TV or projector system more so if he is a thin lol View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Joker:
Prices reasonable, food excellent, freshly-prepared and tasty! Atmosphere is friendly and host fulfills his function cheerfully. Charming, friendly staff with adequate English. Music, though good, tends to be too loud. View all feedback.

Nice newly renovated establishment. Staff is very friendly and the English menu is very good. There is a pool table in the back and they play good music.
Nice well run western style bar, good menu both western and thai....cheap beer, friendly staff
