This was just unprofessional, they were unaware of basics of restaurant business. The inner space was so less, In the chicken items, they didn't even fry the meat accurately. What good thing they did was just Marketing, online marketing, restaurant vibes etc. But there raw materials was not so qualitative. Often, they didn't even serve their 50% of the items written in menu. They would keep their snacks items in the front counter in open air. This was so much unhealthy. Many customers didn't like that. At the time of opening, it became very famous in the wide radius area in our locality. But due to their unchangeable and lazy behaviour, their market lost its height and started falling from time to time. Now it's completely closed.
