The... read more This review refers to a visit in April 2023. Unfortunately, the owner marks bad reviews as hate speech. That doesn't make the restaurant any more likeable. The restaurant boasts a rustic, homey ambiance, but that's about it! The waitress immediately assumed we didn't want to eat after we told the waiter that we wanted to look at the menu first. Both waiter and waitress were very reserved and condescending, but still friendly. We ended up ordering two of the snack dishes because we didn't like the rest. The restaurant made us feel this way: we got a bowl of nachos with dips, which were okay, but the potatoes were a joke. The medium-sized bowl was filled with two potatoes that had been carelessly diced and then fried. There doesn't seem to be any seasoning in this kitchen, at least the potatoes weren't affected by any. We felt rather uncomfortable after receiving our menus, but due to the waiters' strange expectations, we didn't want to leave without at least having a drink. In addition, the restaurant should mark the entrance better. The large entrance door next to the actual door is marked with a no entry sign and next to it there was a route description that led us around the house.

While the dishes are creative, they are mostly not well thought out, which is probably also due to the frequent menu changes. The organization (especially during the disastrous La Comida evening) sometimes leaves something to be desired. All in all, quite good food in a pleasant atmosphere, but there is considerable room for improvement.
