If you haven't booked, you can get lucky if you grab a place on a common table, but you may not warn so popular. The Bock beers are very good and the food is the same. We both had the Schnitzel Cordon Blu , thick tasty cooked the old-fashioned way in a pan and not deep-fried looks a bit burned, but its boiled to perfection. It is a must of all places you visit in Bamberg.
