By the time we got... read more I went out for dinner at Germaine's with my girlfriend last night. Although we had made a reservation, we arrived 20 minutes late due to her. By the time we got there, our reserved table had been taken, which was to be expected. However, the way we and several others were handled while waiting for a table was impressive. Once we were seated, the staff was quick and attentive, responding well to our body language as we decided to order. We chose a sharing platter that was a towering display of food. The food was outstanding—some of the best I've had in a long time. It was beautifully cooked and presented. Overall, the restaurant was exceptionally well managed, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

The food is top quality, the service is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. It has definitely made it to the top of our list for places to revisit.

She is a lovely girl who truly excels at her job. I encourage everyone to try the fantastic food; I would rate it a perfect 10 out of 10 as well. The owner, young Joe, is a wonderful man and a hard worker, just like his late father, who was a personal friend of mine. Overall, I highly recommend this place; it deserves all the praise!
