Pizza Hut - Baltimore

I ordered 2 large pizzas and they looked like mediums. They were very small in comparison to other pizza places. They barely put any pepperoni on them. There were some slices without any pepperoni on them at all! They were cold and dry. I expected larger, better, and warmer pizzas from Pizza Hut. Plus, it was a busy Friday night that we ordered on, so there should have been at least one other person at the register. The cashier looked overworked and overwhelmed. When we called ahead of time, no one answered their phone, and after visiting I could see why. I had to order online and it took over an hour for just 2 pizzas! That's ridiculous! There was a lady at the register in front of us, and the cashier couldn't even locate her pizza. Once he found it, he indicated that it was curbside, to which the lady responded that she waited in her car for too long, and had to come inside to see what was taking so long for her order to be delivered to her car. The cashier then told her that they had to remake her pizza, because it was too cold and hard at that point. I remember better days with Pizza Hut. It was a total waste of our time and money!

I spent an hour waiting on 3 sides because I watched them drop it on the floor, remake it, and then unsuccessfully look for my order as I asked for an update multiple times. It was ready the whole time, just no one checked. Plus they allowed me to be skipped in line by someone louder than me, after I was sitting and waiting for an hour.

Get more help or close the doors. Not fair to the customer. First give my order away. Over a hour for 2 medium pizza. Unacceptable!

World's most awkward store placement lousy signage We had desires to dine in as we were new to this location but we're told dining room was closed bummer on that one it was 9 p.m. chalk that one the so we got the big box pizzas were the usual pizza hut fan fare the Alfredo seemed to be a bit saucy not a favorite of mine the bread sticks kind of made up as I drove away

Lady on the phone who claimed to be the manager was very rude. Called to ask about bringing 9 children and 4 adults and the lady on the phone was very rude. Said we couldn't do parties. Was rude about it. Can't do it, no can't do as if we couldn't eat there. She said we had to sit at every other table. We tried to explain that wasn't a problem and she put us on hold and didn't' return.
