My order of fish meal was horrible. The fish was hard and edges darker than the center, fries were limp and greasy.I returned the order and requested a refund The female that appeared to have on supervisor or manager uniform was rude and denied the food that I showed her was old. No apologies at all. She gave me a fake credit card return receipt because it never went back on my card. I called cooperate and they lied stating I would get the refund in my email...never happened.
The parking lot was disgusting it would make you not want to go there with first impressions the parking lot the parking lot is is really really dirty it's trash everywhere it seems like the management team whoever works there will clean the place up even if you can't get employees to do it do it yourself
Avoid this location, staff very rude, restaurant extremely dirty, food took 30 min to cook…….. Had been open for an hr and we’re not ready to serve
The light skin big lady in the Red is nasty she threw my food in my hand like I did anything to her she is very very nasty like she just need to get a new
Extremely rude woman working here. No restrooms for paying customers apparently. Lied to my face saying there's no restroom when there's one on side of the building. Will never come here again.
This Checkers location delivers a split experience: when it’s good, food arrives hot, fresh and promptly; when it’s not, customers face poor food quality (dry fish, limp fries), rude management, inaccurate billing and refund problems, and a littered, unkempt parking lot. The service is fast but inconsistent, and menu items (like ice cream) may be unavailable. Cleanliness, transparent billing and clearer customer-service policies need improvement to make visits reliably satisfying.

The location isn't the easiest to access, but the food was tasty, the fries were fresh and warm, and the customer service was impressive.
The food is consistently served hot, and while the line can be a bit lengthy, they manage to serve customers quickly. The customer service is also excellent.
I visited this location for the first time, and I have to say I was very pleased. My food was delicious, hot, and fresh! The wait time was quite reasonable. Thank you!

Why is it that every-time I order from this restaurant something is always wrong. The first time I ordered funnel fries 3 to be exact and they only put 1 in the bag. I?m upset but considered maybe someone just forgot. The second time I ordered funnel friesagain because of course me and kids love them. That?s about the only good thing on the menu.This second time I order 3 funnelfries. I again only get 1 so now I can?t ignore it like it?s a mistake because it?s clearly not. The people that work there arenegligent and clearly either don?t care to make a order correct because it?s for DoorDash or just because they choose to notlook properly. I had high hopes when this restaurant first opened but it has continuously let me down. I will NOT be returningEVER again !
Great fast food I would suggest them they are a little bit more than McDonald's but you won't be dissatisfied.
My receipt and what they charged me says something completely different. Perhaps because it's the wkd my refund isn't showing yet. I was rang up for ice cream they didn't have and now I'm watching for my almost $15 refund. Don't play with my moneycheckers
