Be-one - Baltimore

We've been regulars at this place since 2016. They probably justchanged management, and the change is definitely noticeable.1) The food is not nearly as good as it used to be. I ordered a squidstir fry, which is one of the most expensive items on the menu $25),and it was mostly zucchini and cabbage. Not very flavorful either. Wenormally take leftovers home with us--not this time.2) They REALLY need to work on their service. My main dish arrived agood 25-30 minutes after a family member at my table was already DONEeating theirs. All main dishes should arrive around THE SAME TIME. Andby the way, it's not that the restaurant was full: only 2 tables,including ours, had customers. However, while I was waiting for myfood, at least half a dozen people came to pick up food to go probably for delivery services, like UberEats and the such). I feelthat customers that are IN THE RESTAURANT should be given priorityover those who are not.It's a shame, because we really used to like this place.

Had a great meal at this restaurant with some friends visiting from DC. The food is better than much in DC/MD, with a bunch of kimchi options that aren't usually standard with the KBBQ. Unfortunately, Be one didn't have a current liquor license! We had a satisfying meal with generous portions but no soju not a deal killer but something to know before headed out if you like a beer with your grilled meats.

Beautiful everything. The smallest places has the biggest . I love this place. Alot for your ?. Taste delicious?. Try it. You'll love it.Food: 5/5
