The dishes may sound simple, but they are packed with rich and complex flavors that are clearly inspired by Latin cuisine. I've dined here over 20 times and tried more than 20 different dishes, and each one has been delicious. The atmosphere is somewhat lackluster, as the restaurant is located in a converted space within a scientific research building, so don't expect the ambiance to reflect the outstanding food. In fact, this contrast adds to the overall surprise of the dining experience. You walk in thinking it will be cafeteria-style food, only to be pleasantly surprised by a high-quality meal.
