However, I have to give it just 1 star due to poor quality control regarding their salads—I found a bug in mine, and the lettuce looked rather unappetizing. It's a shame, because the location is really convenient.

The dishes may sound simple at first, but they are rich in deep and complex flavors, clearly influenced by Latin cuisine. I’ve dined here more than 20 times, trying over 20 different dishes, and every single one has been delicious. The atmosphere is somewhat lackluster, as the restaurant is located in a converted space within a scientific research building, so don't expect the ambiance to reflect the inspiration behind the food. In fact, this contrast enhances the experience. You walk in expecting cafeteria-style meals, only to be pleasantly surprised by a high-quality dining experience.
