I live one street away... then a day later I order beer and cigarettes with my girlfriend. After I was asked several times for my name and street when ordering, I assumed that the order would arrive. I'm also a regular customer and people should slowly get to know me and my street. After 30 minutes I looked at my friend's phone. Unfortunately we missed calls because the phone was silent. I called back and asked why they didn't ring the doorbell. My bell is properly marked. The supplier claims to have rung the bell, but this is 1000 percent not true. I have 2 dogs and they bark at every little noise. THEN... the delivery person said he would be there in 15 minutes.... After another 20 minutes I called him and he said he didn't have time now??? What are these games supposed to do? If I had ordered somewhere else the stuff would have arrived. I've been a customer of yours for years, but now I'm getting fed up. I'm looking for a delivery service that understands German...

I had never experienced how a meal can be messed up like that! And a mixture with chicken meat and waste is very fatty... and a worm I also had a parasite in it, unfortunately I had to throw it away. The poor people who didn't have any food would consume it but I couldn't.!

I stated that I would pay by credit card but the device was not brought with me. Unfortunately, this has already happened several times (long delivery times device forgotten). A pity.
