What User likes about San Telmo Resto Bar:
A long walk down Avenida Brasil, then a turn onto Avenida Central, and just at the corner of Avenida Atlantico....Had enough extravagant shrimp and other seafood dishes, wanted a simple Italian dish....Found this place that does things with an Argentine twist (whatever that might me)....Anyway, they at least were amenable to giving me a 1-person portion of their chicken parmigiana instead of the standard "for 2" port...
