At this restaurant, the experience has been notably inconsistent, with some patrons expressing disappointment in the service and quality of food. The experience at this restaurant started off nicely, but quickly went downhill. The server was filling the sandwich and I noticed that it was only partially filled each time, which was not up to the standard portion that I expected. When I asked for a little more filling to be added, I was told it would cost extra and that I had already received what I was allowed. When I pointed out the mistake, my comment was dismissed and I was asked what else I wanted. I requested for the sandwich to be toasted, but only a minimal amount of toppings were added before it was placed in the toaster. I considered canceling my order, but decided to go through with it. Some of us are regular users of this restaurant chain's services, but this experience was a lesson learned in regards to their subpar quality. I will not be returning.
Called this morning at 9 o'clock, waited to be served as nobody was behind the counter. Note a bell on the counter that said to ring for the service. rang the bell, still no employee. while we waited, we noticed a woman (with short brown hair aged) with someone near the cereal. it turned out that she was the personal. she kept talking and ignored us. we have gone to an end. this woman needs a big customer service training. we were not surprised that the filiale of greggs was busy next to the subway if this is how this filiale of subway treated his customers. it will only get an evaluation of 1 because 0 was not available.
A busy subway. beautiful variety of brot and fillings. only a critique that staff not pleasant or friendly without small talks. unfortunately no customer service and definitiw no smile.
