I stopped by today for our first visit since the new management took over, and I was really impressed!
I waited longer for my dessert than I usually should, staff were rude, my dessert was cold when it should’ve been cold, terrible surroundings, should be shut down and replaced by a greggs!!!
Take my son and brother with son for ice cream in hot day to Julianos as not been there before. Cleannles and help from staff was acceptable and pleasent. Prices acceptable. But that was all. Ice cream is situated on other end as cashier and they not hear you through. But real dissapoitment for us was taste of ice creams. No flavours. Not come back again probably.
